Seafood Soup

  • 8 oz frozen calamari
  • 8 oz frozen shrimp
  • 8 oz frozen mussels
  • A ¼ cup of salted butter
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups of chicken broth ( you can use seafood quart broth plus 2 cups of boiling water)
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp of seafood seasoning


Preparing Seafood Soap


Start off with 2 Tbsp of butter in a soup pot heating up on a medium flame.


Throw in fresh crushed garlic to cook until fragrant.


Then throw in the shrimp to cook for about 3 minutes, season it with all the spices


Then add in the calamari and mussels, add the rest of the spices, let them all cook and take a good golden color.


Add your boiling chicken broth or quart


Then stir well and allow the broth to simmer for about 15 mins, now you can add the whipped cream to give it the heavy delicious taste of seafood soup.


Then drizzle some freshly chopped parsley, dill and thyme to serve. (lemon is optional)


It’s now ready and enjoys.
