Organic Coconut Flour
Coconut flour is the remaining pulp-content once the coconut milk has been removed. Our organic coconut flour is sourced from Sri Lanka, which has the ideal tropical climate for coconuts. We use a ‘dry method’ where the coconut flesh is dried and the fat content extracted. The remaining product is ground into a fine powder with a consistency similar to regular flour. Coconut flour has a subtle, nutty odour and is enjoyed as a tasty gluten-free and nutritious alternative to regular flour. Use organic coconut flour in baking and cooking as a direct replacement for flour.
Our coconut flour is sourced from organic producers. Organic means working with nature and is better for the environment – lower levels of pesticides, no manufactured herbicides or artificial fertilisers and more environmentally sustainable management of the land. Organic food comes from trusted sources, all organic farms and food companies are inspected at least once a year and the standards are laid down in law.
