Keto Cheese Stuffed Bagels

Who doesn’t miss having a hot bagel full of melted cheese while following a diet aiming to lose weight?! You can taste this joyful bagel in the morning as a quick breakfast or have it as a snack in the middle of your day. Even though it’s a simple meal but it is full of useful elements which will provide you with energy to go on and keep up the good progress of the day.

  • 400 gr of mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup of coconut flour
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 tsp of psyllium husk
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tsp of apple vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of dried thyme
  • Pinch of chia seeds


Preparing The Bagels


In a preheated oven.. melt mozzarella cheese in a bowl for 2 mins or in a microwave for 1 min.


Bring the mozzarella out and mix it well then put back again in the oven for extra melting.


Mix the rest of the ingredients with melted cheese and keep mixing till you reach a perfect consistency of a dough.


Now make your favorite shape out of the dough whether circular bread, bagels, or a long one stuffed with some more mozzarella cheese or whatever you prefer for stuffing.


Put on a parchment paper on a tray and cook in the oven for 25-30 mins on 200° c.
