For Patties:

  • 16 Oz Ground Beef
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Minced Onion
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ Tsp Cardamom
  • 1 Tsp Meat Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 or 4 wraps of lettuce

For Pepper Mushroom Sauce:

  • 8 to 10 sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Slices Burger Cheese
  • 1 Sliced Tomato (optional for Topping)


Preparing Patties:


In a bowl, mix Ground beef, Egg, Onions, Almond Flour, Meat seasoning, Salt, Pepper, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Tomato paste until well blended. Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about 4 inches wide.


The amount of 16 Oz of Ground beef will make around 6 to 7 Rounded Patties, Divide the mixture into 7 equal portions, round and shape each into a rounded patty.


In a pan, add olive oil, then lay burgers over the stove on high heat. Cook burgers, turning once, until browned on both sides and no longer pink inside it will take 7 to 8 minutes total. Remove from grill.

Preparing the Pepper Mushroom Sauce:


Using the same burger grilling pan, add the mushrooms to get a tasty mushroom sauce with burger flavor. Stir till it turns gold.


Add 1 cup of whipping cream and stir again, to give the sauce a perfect consistency add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and you will reach the perfect result of a mushroom sauce.

Preparing The Grilled Tomatoes Topping:


In another pan, Add 1 Tbsp of butter, to grill over the sliced tomatoes, then flip them over and remove from the pan.


Using the same pan you can put back again the burgers in order to melt some sliced cheese over.


When it’s done now it’s time to make and roll your wrap of deliciousness.


On a lettuce wrap, add 1 cheesy burger, 1 slice of grilled tomato over, then drizzle your favorite Mushroom pepper sauce. Wrap it well and enjoy this heavenly taste.
