Blueberries & Spinach Juice

Spinach and Blueberries! What a unique mix between full of vitamins vegetable and deliciously sweet fruit.   • 10 fresh dark green spinach 
  • ½ cup of fresh blueberries 
  • 2 Tbsp of whipped cream
  • 3 drops of stevia sweetener 


Preparing The Lamb shank


Wash and clean well the spinach and blueberries.


Add the spinach and blueberries to a blender jar.


(Blueberries are optional you can replace them with strawberries)


Blend until smooth then add the whipped cream.


Add the drops of stevia sweetener and 2 cubes of ice.


If there are some chunks or the juice is too heavy you can use ¼ cup of cold water to reduce its heaviness then blend again.


Now pour your prepared healthy juice into a serving glass.
